Blogger’s life

People often ask me what is a real blogger’s life like actually and what am I doing all the time. As a blogger I constantly have a feeling I’m doing a thousand different things, 24/7. Those include for example writing articles and concepts, doing market research, taking care of my social networks, discussing outfits, do planning, organising and making my photo shoots, organising my travels, as well as many other things. Yes, the work and the responsibilities are a lot, but I am happy with this, as it also continuously brings me experience and knowledge, as well as many new friends and good contacts. And when you do something with your heart, like I do, things always work out at the end.

Reaching the conclusion that I have to do what makes me happy at my work, fulfils me not only professionally, but also personally – because gaining positive energy from what I do, as well as investing it back, I am able to pass it on to the people around me. I like how i feel after a long day of work – I might be exhausted, but at the same time happy that I have accomplished something. Every new project, each new thing, even if it is just a small step forward, for me is like a big leap.

To round it up: to achieve something good efforts are needed and such efforts require proper attitude – mine is always to give my best for what i love to do.

Making a selfie

I always found it difficult to make a decent selfie – even though it looks very easy and most bloggers do it very well.

Getting a great shot of your outfit can be harder than it looks, as it‘s difficult to fit the whole body unless it‘s mirror selfie. It is also hard to avoid the surroundings and the position holding the phone sometimes ruins the whole picture. One has to learn the tricks, tips and the tools available for making a good shot.

That said, I like it and taking selfies is fun – it’s also a quick and easy way to share something from myself. Today, I am wearing one of my favorite „Selfie“ T-shirt with a cool print, Jeans and rough shoes in which I‘m in love and of course trying to make some selfies. At the end, the professional camera, as you can see, is always the best way for a good shot.

A plaid blanket scarf with winter white

I’m sure many of you already have one, or have at least seen them everywhere. Indoors or out, a plaid blanket scarf could be worn for both its style and warmth.

A chequered scarf is always a nice must-have among the other fashion pieces in the wardrobe – it is comfortable, cozy and very chic. And, a combination with winter white makes for a really a classy look. With a sweater (but not really pure white because of the material), ecru white jeans and a black belt, like in the ones you can see me wearing here, you can be in style to hit off no matter where. The outfit works perfect for a walk, going on a little trip, do some shopping and even at work. You will really look stylish and dressed in a fashion way.

An exciting trip to Varna

I would like to share with you my exciting experience I had during my trip to Bulgaria this weekend. I was invited for a business meeting to Varna – a city at the Black sea cost, called the „sea capital“, by the owner of a popular Bulgarian magazine – Off Line magazine, from which I left extremely positive.

Off Line magazine is a popular lifestyle edition like no other in Bulgaria – offering practical advices and information from a first-person perspective. It aims to ease the traveling, but also much more than that – it tells stories about various trip destinations, gives advices regarding shopping and visits to exciting places and a lot of other activities that can fill one’s free time. The magazine includes objective and unbiased reviews of hotels, restaurants and landmarks, services, accessories and a lot more.

Meanwhile I cant miss saying a word about my outfit – my new Parka jacket which is a dream to wear and I love it so much.

Adding some winter white

It is still winter but I’m looking so much forward to spring that when adding some winter white to my wardrobe I choose not only winter clothes (like a thick sweater and a cap), but also a short skirt and over-knee socks which would be more suited for a warmer season.

But before taking the challenge of wearing white, you should know that winter white is rarely pure white because of the wool material. It’s often closer to ivory or even slightly grayed out white, like ecru. But do you know – it’s worth it – take the challenge to wear white in your winter outfits, that way you will brighten up the gray cold days.

Winter feeling

The winter is like love – it can be beautiful and peaceful but also cruel and cold…

Winter is the time for comfort, for good feelings and warmth, but also for a friendly talk and a walk. Despite the cold and chilly weather I love walking and meeting friends, but mostly when coupled with the great feeling of having a warm cosy coat on. I’m glad to share with you this casual outfit – a leopard coat, skinny jeans and warm sweater. Leo print is not something new, its enormous presence was in fall/winter 2018, but as the winter continues I’m still wearing it with great pleasure.

Happy and pretty

There are so many estimations about how many hours women spend for shopping and clothing, but honestly I find this to be one of the activities I tend to enjoy too :). I think so, because a real woman or a pretty girl should stick to what makes her happy – be it shopping, clothing or just walking on the street while making heads turn, as things in life are easier and enjoyable only when you yourself are satisfied with your day.

I have always tried to be a „pretty woman“, but never following all the requirements and standards of „being pretty“. The „frames“ make me uncomfortable and standards alone are not enough to make you outstanding. To look nice for me does not only mean that you choose the nicest clothes you have, but also finding what your soul desires to feel beautiful and attractive. So, my mood today was a shopping one – going and searching what the latest designer labels are offering.

By the way I have never been too fond of snake prints – it’s not my favourite, but it does have a great sense of style and brings one more level of variety in my closet, reclaiming its territory in 2018, and still being up to date in 2019. Pairing snake accessories is always tricky, but black always matches very well. Both the outfit and the shopping itself made my day.

So what makes YOU feel happy and pretty?

Cold weather, tender feeling

Cold weather, winter… The cold dark weather usually makes me feel down, but i can still be happy and enjoy my time because when indoors the atmosphere is so different – cosy and warm. Even better when I have a softy tender sweater on – the kitten soft feeling is so incredible. I cant stop snuggling up to it – so do not fight the cold feeling, catch a tender one!

And a yellow touch is always a good idea, matching also with the evening light. Days are short in winter, but the spring is coming soon, in which season yellow will continue to be trendy.

White boots inspiration

From summer to winter, white continues to be the ultimate fashion color for shoes and there is no sign of slowing down.

Before getting into the details of this outfit, I’m going to be completely honest and tell you that I hated to wear white boots, so when I first saw those I thought they are too chic and not my style. Just as it happens with other styles that look strange at first, but later catch up to be trendy, so it happened to me with this one – the white boots are different and strange, but I liked them so much that I wanted to have them on my legs as soon as possible. And although I do like real leather shoes, thees were the best less-expensive non-leather alternative I could find and I was not about to invest in something super expensive just like that.

Of course afterwards came the question what to combine them with in an outfit – especially considering I was still a bit unsure how I felt about it. The outfit you see here is probably the 5th attempt at styling it, but it’s the one I liked the most when pieced together. The idea was to stay pretty simple with the rest of the outfit and let the boots do the talking, but of course without trying too hard. And I think the white poncho and boots combination looks really cool – by the way I like the black leggings a lot better than a pair of denim jeans.

So, I know this style is maybe not be a typical casual, streetstyle outfit, but I’m sure some of you might also like it as a white solution for the white winter. And if you’ve also been trying to style white boots as well, then take the challenge and try something similar on and see what you think! Let me know!

First weekend of the year… no bad energy allowed

I like the meaning of this sentence: „Do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do before Monday“. In this context I want to say that each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us somehow during the weekend. One of my favourite ways to achieve that is by going out, meeting friends, having a glass of good wine, etc.

Of course never forget the outfit too – I really love my black paw scarf, nearly as much as I love the animals that inspired its design. In addition, I have to mention the burgundy colour that I enjoy so much and is very trendy, in a fashionway.
