A pop of orange

There is this fire feeling in the orange color and fits perfectly the the hot outfits this summer. We normally see the orange palette mostly in the Autumn season, but now as trendy as it is we see it all over the summer, too.

A piece of orange in an outfit brings out a nice pop of color and makes you so much more eye-catching.

The outfit I made today is once again a simple one, because the orange color stands out enough for all of it. Its all white – a straight long Bershka skirt, white Aleksandarr MqQeen sneakers, white Nike socks and at the end this pop of orange basic Armani T-Shirt. My cute black Kenzo back serves as accent, in a fashionway.

It‘s all good when wearing coral pink

One of the biggest color trends that you can see everywhere this summer is the coral pink – it combines the warmth of coral with the delicacy of pink. This soothing, feminine hue is chic to wear both day and night – perfect for evening affairs when it comes in textured fabrics, such as silk, sequins, and tulle and also nice for the day for jeans material, cotton, linen etc.

I already have several pieces in coral pink in my summer wardrobe but this coral jeans skirt is one of my favourites and I am happy that it matches with almost every T-Shirt, especially when done in a fashionway.

…just have more fun

Basic, but stylish ?. I like basic T-shirts and tops with a small logo very much, with short text or quotes – they are simple and eye-catching at the same time, giving the outfit this cute casual feeling. Moreover very often a simple top is the main centre of attention, no matter how good the shorts, skirt or trousers are.

In my outfit today I chose a lovely short jeans skirt painted with palms, but I think the main piece is really 100% the batik „pink power“ Zara shirt, which I trendy knotted for fun. So, basic is more than basic , if chosen in fashionway. Do you also already have your basics for the hot summer days? And remember – have fun when making your outfits – it will also affect your looks.

Do you remember the pink panther

The pink panther was one of my favourite series as a child. Even though those comedy-mystery series appeared in the distant 1963, they are still known and loved today – not only the film itself, but also as inspiration for artists and fashion designers.

So, the one and only pink panther inspires me, as pink lover, to make a little trendy fresh look – a sunny green T-Shirt, pink shorts and flip flops accompanied by the pink panther, of course in a fashionway. Hope you like it!

Lovely spring/summer palette

I am so happy that this spring/summer season many of my favourite colors are in trend – mainly in the pastel tones. Just like those mystical creatures – the seahorses – they are sweet and tender and spread calmness and patience.

The pale color palette that is trendy now also carries sort of a sweet/mystic feeling to it, just as mystic and unique of a creature the seahorses are. I am looking forward to make many more outfits with those tones, for example blossom, biscay green, coral pink, sunlight, tanager turquoise, lark, denim blue etc., in a fashion way.

There is always a reason to smile

No matter the season, month or day, I think we can always find ourselves a reason to smile, because when you laugh and love life, life laughs and loves you back :).

Smiling makes us look younger, it can relieve stress, boost our mood, trick our brain to focus on positive thinking and possibly bring many more benefits. But the thing I like most about smiling is it makes us more attractive.

Remember that a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear. Hence, next to wearing your nicest clothes you should never forget finding a reason for putting on your smile, too!

Wear colors that make you happy

As you might have noticed, pink and all tones of pink are some of my favorite colors, colors that make my mood „sweet“ and it’s only natural for me to combine them in my spring outfits.

Many women don’t dare to combine hot powerful pink, but I do and I want to show you today 2 ways of matching this stylish Versace Collection skirt. This wonderful pink piece is very versatile – on one hand I chose a cream white silk Shirt to make an elegant formal business outfit and on the other hand a casual smiley T-shirt. For both looks I kept the same accessories – a small black Valentino bag just big enough to fit the most important women’s things and a pair of block heeled summer shoes in this fresh palette.

So, wear your happy colors and be creative in a fashion way!

Life is better in sneakers

Out of all my fashion struggles, I think shoes are by far the most challenging for me. Most of my time I wear casual or elegant shoes and rarely put on stretchy flats or sneakers, unless I’m exercising of course. That is because I think sport shoes do not emphasise a woman’s femininity. But if chosen right you could match them pretty well.

Moreover the current fashion trends allow for breaking of stereotypes – ugly, chunky, plateau-sneakers find their way into many outfits. Although a bit rough, i got to like them, although i would prefer the flat converse-type and sock sneakers more.

My outfit today is street style – a favourite t-shirt of mine with the logo „Life is better in sneakers“, skinny jeans and of course the sneakers. Those sneakers actually have a story by themselves – produced by the Giuliano Gudman designer, they are a unique piece.

All you have to do is fly

„Your wings already exist. All you have to do is fly.“ This is my quote of the day, as well as the logo of my outfit today – a simple T-shirt with short jeans – my casual style once again. Figuratively speaking, but somewhat true – each one of us can fly as long as he figures out how to use his wings. A lot of us fly to follow their goals, others develop themselves in different areas or fly when out in the nature while some do so when in love, etc. As for myself – I am flying when I do useful things and things that make me happy and content. But to do that I am trying to learn to love myself, be a friend with life, trust myself, believe in my inner resources and always keep going forward, of course in a fashionway.

What about you – what makes you fly?

How do you wear your colored shoes?

No matter how many pairs of color we own, it’s the black ones that we most often reach for. Obviously, matching colored shoes to your look requires a bit more thought and effort than simply putting on some easy go-to shoe.

For my shoes today I chose one of the nowadays hot and trendy colors – orange. If your outfit has a color in it, you can match your shoes in any shade of that colour. Or you can use your shoes and bag, without having the same color in your outfit, just in order to put an accent on it.

Orange Shoes go best with: blue, white, earth tones, red, purple. In this case I matched them with a short olive green skirt that emphasises on the long legs. In addition a white shirt with orange flowers goes great in a fashion way.
