High waist jeans

These loose straight high-waist jeans have been laying in my wardrobe for quite some time, as I didn’t really have the guts to wear them – I usually prefer slim-fit ones, that shape the leg. Today though, when I put them on, I got to somewhat like them. I combined them with a black top and black booties.

This type of pants are very in at the moment, but honestly not everything that is on trend fits to every type of body shape – I would say for myself in this case that is true. That’s why we should always take care to choose not only good matching outfit pieces, but also ones that highlight our pros and hide the cons.

How I wear cape

In autumn/winter I tend to combine the cape with simple sweater and leggings or jeans. In my outfit today I went for a light pink cape with a Christmas star, as it is the beginning of December and Christmas is coming. Matching the cape and the Christmas mood I chose red thermo leggings from Calzedonia. The black sweater perfectly fits the black Primadonna booties and completes the outfit in a fashionway.

Skiing is the next best thing to having wings

For me the ski holiday is always a great time – not only is it a great sport, but such an inspiring experience every single time. I think that into the mountains I go to lose my mind and find my soul. Moreover the mountain, the snow , the cold, altogether make me feel alive.

Always when I’m on the mountain, I’m just so thankful to be there! I can’t explain with words the way I feel there on the white slopes – it is a mix of happiness, awe and thankfulness that I get to touch this majestic beauty.

And in order to be fit, in balance, and flexible I prepare always a well-maintained equipment and outfits to help me make sure that I will have a great time ?. I choose Bogner ski combi, Burton sweatshirt, backpack and gloves, Under armour shirt, a fancy Dior helmet, Michael Kors sun glasses and sock boots, Cygnus and Alpina goggles, Hoxyheads pussycat helmet ears that make your ski helmet a real eye-catcher and neon pink Shawn Mendes double-layered hat in a soft rib knit.

White and cream colored

I love wearing shades of white and cream color no matter the season and especially now to bust out in the winter… to really lighten things up.

White coats look great in all cuts and styles and because this season belongs to teddy coats I choose again one of them in white.

Why pick a white coat? Because it looks glamorous and refined, rich and sophisticated. There is something about a white coat, an all-white look in the cold season or a classic white coat on top of any colored outfit – it screams impeccable style.

But how to wear a white coat without feeling like polar bear? Some black accessories like a black bag, sunglasses or tights as accents and funky gloves always works so fabulous with a white coat. Very trendy and chic.

Here I’m sharing one of my favorite winter white cream outfit – a MONKI coat, cardigan, skirt and sweater, a pair of white Fila sneakers, Calzedonia tights and a Christian Dior bag.

Classy and cool day time look in black and brown

Isn’t it crazy how you can transform a casual T-shirt and jeans look to casual chic almost instantaneously as soon as you throw on a faux fur and a teddy coat? There is something about the black and brown tones and faux fur that gives an elegant, romantic and feminine feel. I feel absolutely darling in that faux leather pants and teddy coat combined with the black flat casual booties.

Fashion trends come and go, but one that retains its timeless style is the fake fur. Such a jacket is a statement outwear any fashionista should have when the temperatures start to drop. And also a good faux puff-piece could not only keep you nice and snug, but it could also single handedly glam up any ensemble.

From teddy to oversized jackets, to vibrant colors and funky chic patterns / prints – this is one cold-weather piece your wardrobe needs.

I have already rounded up some of my favourite stylish fake fur outfits and inspirations to help you rock this furry trend, in a fashionway – a dark brown teddy coat, a beige sweater, black Pimkie faux fur leather backpipe pants, a Gucci scarf, a black Pinko bag and a pair of cool flat booties.

Believing in the beauty of dreams

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams – I love this quote and believe that many of our dreams could come true. In this context my 2020 has started with a lot of positivity, purposes and dreams. I feel it will be a great year, full of exciting experiences and achievements. I am in the right state of mind to bring the book of my life to the next chapter and to fill it with new adventures. Epictetus said: „First say to yourself what you would be, and then do what you have to do.“ So, I am ready and motivated.

Meanwhile motivation is one of the most important things we should have, it is an emotion, a way of thinking which leads us forward. We become what we think about.
So , I like dreaming, I do like also fairytales like children, but I also like to do things in order to fulfil my dreams.

My photos today are again from Vienna, which in the evenings looks really fairly, wrapped in softy Zara sweater, also Zara skinny Jeans and Sacha Sneakers.

The magic of the Christmas markets in Vienna

Vienna puts on her best clothes to welcome Christmas and all its guests. So many people visit Vienna for Christmas, and I think I know why – here we have one of the most wonderful street decorations in the world. All the streets are well decorated but my favourite are the chandeliers on the Graben – impressive and elegant at the same time.

But it’s not only the festive decoration on the streets that impress so much – the Christmas markets also offer a great experience. The one at Rathausplatz (the Vienna city hall) is the most visited, but there are so many others that don’t fall very much  behind. Some examples are the markets at Maria-Theresien-Platz, the one at Schloss Belvedere and Schloss Schonbrunn, the one at Karlsplatz, at Unicampus in the 9th, etc.

And although there is no snow (yet), neither are the temperatures too low, the Christmas mood is in the air. With great pleasure I walked through this market, wrapped in one of my all so favrorite teddy bear coats. Underneath I have a checked skirt and the outfit gets complete with comfortable long sock boots and a matching tiny black bag.

Happy ho ho ho to you with a Viennese punsch

You can’t be in Vienna in December and not have at least one Punsch (punch) or Glühwein (mulled wine) at a Christmas market. Glühwein is a typical Austrian drink consisting of heated red wine and spices. Punsch is a drink made of fruit juice, spices and alcohol like wine or liquor. You will be blown away by all the different Punsch available in Austria. Besides the classical Punsch, Orangenpunsch (orange punch) and Beerenpunsch (berry punch), they sell Apfelpunsch (apple punch), Eierlikörpunsch (advocaat punch), Kokospunch (coconut punch), Granatapfelpunsch (pomegranate punch) or Turbopunsch (strong alcoholic punch) and much more fancy and delicious mixtures.

So, when the scent of biscuits fills the air and you are holding a cup of hot, aromatic Punsch in your freezing hands, you know that Christmas time has arrived!

For many, it’s the most wonderful time of the year. In Austria, the offers and entertainment during the Advent time are enormous and Christmas magic can be found everywhere, especially here at the Rathausplatz (the Vienna town hall) as you can see on the photos.

About my outfit today – a trendy shiny silver jacket, (of course) my favorite teddy styled sweater and skinny jeans. Happy HO HO HO to you, in a fashion way.
