A-LINE fashion brand on Vienna Fashion Week 2018

EDIT 08.10.2018: Because of some misunderstandings that were pointed out to me recently, I want to make clear that i AM NOT the designer of the A-LINE collection – i only helped with the organisation.

It was an awesome experience to participate in the making of the first collection of A-LINE (http://www.a-line.at/), to present it on the Vienna Fashion week 2018 and to be both part of the backstage and to catwalk myself as a model.

A-LINE is a luxury brand that was presented on the Vienna Fashion Week with its Art Luxury- Line Collection „CORONA ARTISTICA“. The focus is on the woman of today, that can be anything, as long as it’s not boring. A ready-to-wear collection for the modern lady who wants to feel like Alice in wonderland, because a woman can be a dreamer while remaining practical. The outfits are inspired by artists like Klimt, Hundertwasser, Gaudí, as well as mother nature herself in all her colors, lines and forms. The result is feminine, fairytale, multifunctional unique pieces full of passion and momentum. (quote from http://www.a-line.at/, translated into English)

10. edition of the Vienna Fashion week – best of Austrian design

EDIT 08.10.2018: Because of some misunderstandings that were pointed out to me recently, I want to make clear that i AM NOT the designer of the A-LINE collection – i only helped with the organisation.

In the recent days I had the pleasure to attend the next annual edition of the Vienna Fashion week. 72 designers presented their most recent collections through 62 shows.

As it is a round anniversary for the event – the grand opening show included the best local designers that were on the Austrian stage in the last 10 years.

Attending the Fashion week has always been exciting for me through the years, but this time it was really special, as with my partner (at the time) Velina Ileva and the fantastic designer Darina Yanakieva we actually participated with a collection and a brand – A-LINE (http://www.a-line.at/). Being backstage, organising the models, outfits and the make-up, as well as actually taking two of the outfits through the catwalk myself, was very exciting. Being the first time for the whole team, the show went very well and we got some great feedback.

Of course I also attended other shows, like for example the one of Anelia Peshev, CHIC by Vali Cioban, TRUEYOU, IN OR NEAR and many others.

All in all it was a great and exciting week.

Don’t want summer to end

Each year I cant wait for the summer to come, but as fast as it comes, that fast it also goes away. Although the autumn is at our doorsteps, I want to keep for longer the summer rays, the breeze and the sounds of the sea. As the summer starts to end, I have found myself starting to miss it already and it is not even over, because it brings light, carefree thoughts and life is less strenuous.

But each season has its upsides – September is the start of school and work, but that also comes with new opportunities for success and new beginnings.

Minnie & Mickey Mouse magic touch – Disney style inspired

I think that having favourite Disney characters is not only for children. I am a big fan of all of them but most especially Minnie & Mickey Mouse. I strongly believe they will always remain a classic in my wardrobe. It’s easy to look cool and girly with Minnie & Mickey clothes – either a whole outfit or little touches like shoes, bags or even earrings and it is sure that you will make heads turn. I adore every piece of clothing or accessory in this style, but patches on them are my favourite – just like on the skirt I wear. Every Disney figure on an outfit makes its magic stand out for me, in a fashionway.
