Happy first day of summer 2022

This year, the first day of summer is on Tuesday, June the 21st – exactly on my birthday. So, two wonderful occasions in one day. Every year I wonder what to wish for on this day, and always come back to the same thing, and the most important one – good health for me, my family and friends. Because when we are in good health, everything could happen and is achievable.

Summers have always been so full of fun….. Summers have always been energetic and vibrant…. And the colors in my wardrobe are also energetic and vibrant – just like these pink Zara dress and bag, green jacket and shoes. The summer is always colorful and raises our spirits. The same should be our outfits and I hope this one is an inspiration for you, in a fashionway.

Pink and green, white and blue for me means spring

Spring is an opportunity to breathe new life into your wardrobe, and one easy and exciting way to do that is using color. There are some particular colors, that mean spring to me – green like the sprouting new leaves and the fresh grass, pink and white like the blossoming trees, bushes and flowers, and light blue like the wonderful spring sky with the shining sun.

It was in this line of thoughts that I made this simple spring Zara outfit – I matched a cool logo pink sweatshirt with high-waisted jeans, a neon green short sleeveless jacket, neon sneakers and a cute pink bag – all from Zara, in a fashionway.

Floral feeling

Dresses that feature flowers and floral patterns are often our spring and summer staple. With this article, picking some floral patterns I want to show you how they bring out your confident femininity. Floral print dresses styled the right way and outerwear are easily worn and could make the look of gloom.

While a floral dress is great in theory, in fact it is often a challenge to pull off, so choosing the right floral patterns is important to fit your body and style.

Consider that larger flowers are more flattering to smaller body types – you should not go for oversized floral patterns if you have a shapely one because those may add a few kilos to your silhouette. If your body type is slim to average, try combining larger with smaller floral patterns.

Also, consider the background color of your floral dress – a bright background fits perfectly on a thinner body, while choosing a darker one will give you a more tailored and tapered look and the illusion of being slimmer.

At the end a floral concept must fit to your mood, style and complete your femininity, of course in a fashionway.
