It’s the season when all the colors are around us

It is summer – the season in which all colors are all around us – in nature, in our daily lives, in our outfits and even in our mood. That is why I decided to make a post today, surrounded by nature in my own house’s garden, without a dedicated outfit, but a tunic from fashioway that has nearly all possible colors. Sometimes instead of matching many pieces for an outfit, a simple piece of cloth is enough to make us feel comfortable. So is my look today – just  shorts and a tunic. Of course we should not forget the accessories – here my sunglasses are from Louis Vuitton.

The summer feeling should be light and casual and I think we all have pieces like that in our wardrobes.

A stylish way to wear white jeans

The summer season lies ahead and next to the short pants, a nice light pair of long jeans is always needed. And why not a nice pair of crisp white jeans. Actually, I think you can wear white jeans all year long! They just so happen to go with spring/summer season a little bit more.

For today’s look, I wanted to put together white jeans and a nice shirt, so I paired the jeans with one of my favorite shirts in mint from Zara. The white jeans themselves are a straight leg high rise from Liu Jo – their silhouette allows them to be either casual or dressy, depending how you style your outfit around them.

I topped my look with a little Louis Vuitton bag, heeled shoes and also my favorite Louis Vuitton sunglasses.

Minimalist style or all the colors and patterns

The minimalist style is definitely a style that I like – I often stick to black and white or single-tone palettes, but I also never  give up on the colorful palettes.

To be a minimalist means that you live for black and white and maybe, just occasionally a bit of grey or camel; no over-the-top accessoring, no garish patterns or print clashes. No bold color combinations or rainbow brights. There are just all the neutrals, black and white.

It’s a very simple style, but I still love putting some pink or another bright color accessory or piece to freshen up the outfit.  So, the minimalist style as I said is a style that I like and incorporate it in my looks every now and then. Such is my outfit today – all in the beige palette. I matched a white Monki skirt and sweater with a beige Zara coat and Pimkie boots in the same color. I topped the outfit also with a beige bag, a white hat and scarf. I hope you like it! And you – are you for a minimalist style or you prefer all the colors?

Stay true to myself

I always try to stay true to myself and to my style – I love the sport-elegant style – being elegant while casual, without loosing on comfort. The outfit today is a fine example of that – cycling shorts with a stylish blazer.

Not everyone likes, or is eager to wear cycling shorts in daily outfits – myself, when I discovered the trend last year, was also not so enthusiastic, but nowadays I enjoy it very much. As I often said here, I am a huge fan of cream colors, so it is no wonder that I chose to wear beige shorts. To keep it classy I matched a long white cream blazer and a black top. To complete the outfit I went for black block heeled shoes and a Louis Vuitton bag, in a fashionway.

Blazers are not only for a business look

Blazers are often considered super restraining and as something for colder weather. I tend to disagree – blazers are great and can be used all year long – have a look at this white one with wrinkled sleeves for example – it’s a great piece that could be matched with different outfits every season.

No matter how you wear them, blazers truly are wardrobe essentials. This one I wear with a beige nude top, short jeans and nude heels. I topped it off with a long Pandora necklace and a matching Hermes belt. Of course this look is not strictly business, as a blazer would suggest, but can be casual, street and undemanding. In fact, blazers are being worn more and more in a casual sense than in a professional one.

Decide to shine wherever you are

My approach to making my outfits has always been in the line of „Do not be afraid of looking nice and shine, no matter where you go“. Be it when you are out to a shop nearby, to a party, to the mountains, in the park or even when out for a walk somewhere where no one will see you – always look good. Critique and opinions of others often hold us back, albeit sometimes we should take pieces of it – the ones that have that kernel of truth.

Always refuse to be placed in a niche – you can and should have an impact on the world around you with your brilliance. Shine without waiting or asking for permission. And encourage yourself – every day wear something that brings you satisfaction and joy. You have to recharge yourself and keep being a light for the people around you. Do what the voice within is telling you – you might not always be sure where it will lead, but do it anyway. It is likely leading to glory. Believe in and know yourself – take your brilliance wherever you go!

I intentionally made the photos today around some rocks in the gardens of the Schönbrunn palace – I wanted to show you that even on dark rocky place and with simple clothes you can shine! For this purpose I chose a neon long sleeves shirt matched with a black T-Shirt patterned with „influencer“ words in the same color, simple middle length jeans and LV sneakers.

So, be confident and Shine wherever you are, in your own fashionway!

Early spring

Early spring is my favorite season for fashion, so when I finally have the possibility to put less layers on, I happily take some off and match my outfits accordingly. Today’s look of mine is based on the over-knees – from ponchos and capes to trenches and short coats, over-the-knee boots make a statement and always flawlessly complete my look.

Thera are many different ways to wear your long boots but I think in this season nothing beats a good sweater dress with a pretty short skirt to complement the over-the-knee boots. Instead of freezing your bare legs in the not-yet-so-warm weather and pretending you are not, or wondering which tights to put on, these are actually really warm and look always trendy.

I have put together my LV over-the-knees with a brown sugar velvet skirt, a black Zara sweater shirt, a cutie faux fur short coat and a LV bag. I wear these during the whole fall, winter and early spring, because they go with any outfit you can think of: jeans and a coat, a sweater dress and a jacket or a short skirt and a blazer. These over-the-knee boots have never met an outfit they can’t elevate in a fashion way.
