Cold weather, tender feeling

Cold weather, winter… The cold dark weather usually makes me feel down, but i can still be happy and enjoy my time because when indoors the atmosphere is so different – cosy and warm. Even better when I have a softy tender sweater on – the kitten soft feeling is so incredible. I cant stop snuggling up to it – so do not fight the cold feeling, catch a tender one!

And a yellow touch is always a good idea, matching also with the evening light. Days are short in winter, but the spring is coming soon, in which season yellow will continue to be trendy.

Never too old for Mickey Mouse

Just like we are never too old for a Disney movie, i hope i never feel too old to like Mickey and Minnie Mouse. It’s great to enjoy the magical world that Mickey and friends bring to us.

2018 was special because Mickey turned 90, but for me he remains a incredible character and never stops making me feel good and a bit like a child. Outfits decorated with this special mouse always find a place in my wardrobe and I truly enjoy wearing them always when i get a chance.

Why black and white makes you don’t think about what you wear

The black color makes everyone amazing – black is elegant and chick, black makes you slim and looks good on all skin tones and hair colors. But the white touch to the black makes wonders.

Coco Chanel said it in the best way: “Woman think of all colors except the absence of color. I have said that black has it all. White too. Their beauty is absolute. It is the perfect harmony”.

A black and white outfit is always stylish, that’s why I’m not only feeling great in a black and white combination – I feel like not thinking about what I am wearing.

In this line of thought, two favorite phrases of mine pops up in mind: “Whatever you think, think the opposite” and “ Even when going all black, add some white, too”.

Black and white looks as good on men as it does on women – same is true for those fine shoes from Guiliano Gudman – they are available in both “Star Boy” and “Star Girl” flavors.

Green mint color kick

The cold and cloudy weather does not bring the best mood – that’s why I decided to wear something bright and cheerful to light my sprits up. I added a little color kick to my outfit – the green mint color jacket paired with a bright pink shirt and of course with my favorite Guiliano Gudman shoes, which have the same color and a Leo touch. There are so many more cute shoes you will find here, that can make your wish list keep growing.

I love today’s outfit because it is such an unusual color combination that works! What color combinations have you tried that work? I am always looking for new ways to mix it up in a fashionway.

So, get mint green into your outfit because like the fresh mint taste, mint green has its fesh and cool kick!

Fracomina stories

My post and outfit today are once again inspired by one of my favourite brands – Fracomina.

Cosy evening in black & white

My post today is an evening post as I am in a wonderful place with great surroundings, dressed in my favourite colors black and white – black as the coming evening and white as the bright thoughts coming with the pre-holiday mood. In addition black accessories like black over-knee boots can be a perfect match.

Good morning from Hermagor

Good morning from a magical place in Tröpalach near Hermagor, Carinthia in the south of Austria, just off the border with Italy – the Falkensteiner hotel & spa Carinzia. To have a breakfast here with the astounding alpine peaks, (still) green ski slopes and meanwhile warm pools in the background cannot be described with words.

Leo fever

Almost every year animal prints like leo, snake, etc, become a trend and now in the fall/winter season are again on the scene in many collections of the famous designers. Specially the leo fever is at its peak – a shirt, a blouse, a coat, a skirt, a bag and so on – every item can be an eye catcher.

I’m not wearing leo prints very often but every now and then I do appreciate it – and this day I decided to go “wild” – classic jeans and a leopard shirt. And as my favorite animal is the cat, I’m also in love with this huge one – powerful and graceful like the real thing.

So, if you don’t know what to wear because we women always say we have nothing to wear, choose a leo item and match it in the outfit in a fashioway.

Fracomina touch

A simple outfit with a casual look, but matched with a Fracomina bag and shoes, makes heads turn. Fracomina is an Italian fashion brand with which I have the pleasure to work with since several years. It offers outstanding, contemporary clothing for women that fits every occasion and provides an interesting look.
