Born on 21st of June, zodiac sign Gemini, I am a positive person, social, talkative and open mined for everything that’s new and interesting. My horoscope says that my strengths are – adaptable, outgoing and intelligent and I believe it all to be true. Of course, like every normal person, I have my weaknesses. But still I am always trying to look forward, believe in the good and never stop when facing difficulties. I hate the phrases „it can’t be done“ and „it can’t happen“.

So, after those few words about my personality, on my birthday I am mostly thankful for being blessed with health and a wonderful family.

Wearing total white

Even if they say that the total white look has a monotonous impression, personally I like it very much. Also adding some stylish accessories can make the boring look come to back life, which will then not only highlight the temperament of the white but also enhance your individuality.

For this wonderful easy breezy jumpsuit I choose one of my favorite „Lady Di“ hats with a wide brim, fancy eyeglasses, white transparent shoes and this total hit bag – vintage white bamboo arc clutch bag. This half-moon bag is a great edition of 1960s vintage Japanese bamboo picnic bag – the original vintage version of Cult Gaia’s super trendy bag.

One could say this bag is too small, not comfortable etc., but I like it so much that I can wear it with any outfit and it will immediately make the looks great. I can just some add heels, shorts or skirt with any off the shoulder top and go out, of course in a fashion way.

A simple summer outfit: denim skirt-shorts and a palm printed shirt

It is time to share the next outfit from my holiday in St. Vlas with you. It is the kind of outfit I was wearing almost every day, and I will probably be wearing it again once next summer.

Denim shorts or skirts in blue, black and white are summer essentials and I do have a few options in my wardrobe. I would always suggest having at least one pair in each of these three colours as they are the perfect base for every summer outfit. They are quite simple, but that also makes them easy to combine. You actually can match denim shorts with everything. The simplest combination is the one with a simple t-shirt or top.

To make an outfit with a pair of denim shorts more interesting, add details – accessories such as a belt, a hat, jewellery or a beach bag. Or wear a white shirt with an interesting cut or details such as ruffles, cut-outs or a print.

In this outfit I added to my skirt-shorts a printed shirt – it by itself is already an eye-catcher thanks to the palm tree print, the cut-off sleeves, as well as the wrapped front and the knotted edges. There’s no need to add many more accessories to make this outfit appear more interesting, but I wanted to go all-in that day – hence I put on my comfortable flip-flops, favourite sunglasses and finished with a cactus ?necklace, all in a fashion way.

How do we wear a bodysuit?

In the same way like the one-piece swimsuit the bodysuit is also one of my favorite. This one-piece wonder offers support, flexibility and a variety of styling options from professional to downright sexy looking. But why and how do you wear one?

Bodysuits are one-piece garments, similar to a leotards made from the finest nylon tricot that come in a range of styles from long sleeved and blousey to spaghetti strapped, cut-off and skintight ones. They function as any shirt would (except a crop top). Most bodysuits also provide tension from the shoulders to the crotch to help play up your curves, especially with low-cut necklines. They basically lift you up and work as the perfect base layer for any outfit! Bodysuits could be worn almost with everything – skirts, pants, shorts and jeans – any bottom you can think of. Styling a bodysuit can range from casual, sexy street style, to a professional glamorous look.

When going casual, think simple styles in stretchy fabrics to make an eye-catching look. Simple tank top bodysuits (with some fun details like an open back or lacing up the sides) look great paired with denim shorts, jogger pants or distressed jeans. And the best choice for shoes are some sneakers or a low block heels.

I choose a silver, shiny off-the-shoulder, cut-out to the chase bodysuit with open back matched with black shorts and block heels.

One-piece swimsuit or bikinis?

I am so super excited about today’s post, because while normally I write about clothes – today it’s about swimsuits. As you know, I travelled to the Black sea in Bulgaria and one of my favorite parts of getting ready for the trip is picking out the beach attires. It is hard for me to find a swimsuit I like because honestly I am not a bikinis fan – I usually wear tankinis or one-piece. Over the years, I’ve found that if I look in the right places and pick the right brands, I can find swimsuits that can really make me feel self confident and pretty.

It’s really comfortable and while I am not so eager to lay on the beach, for swimming it’s perfect .

Moreover this year the one-piece swimsuits have somehow become a fashion trend. It’s so super hard to find one-pieces that are both modest while still sexy and make you look young. So I have hunted down my faves and am sharing them all with you in this and the articles to come!

What about you, are you more for bikinis or for one-piece? No matter what kind you’ll choose, think about how you feel better and match it in a fashionway.

Vintage but trendy

Looking for a new look this summer and some style inspiration for creating a new outfit? I have for you an easy, casual proposal: why not a lovely holed or knitted top/tunic in a vintage look? I always thought clothes of a knitted lace type are too vintage and look like something from my grandma’s wardrobe. I am sure that every woman has something similar and know it very well. But they should not be underestimated – they are perfect for the summer and would work well with any high waisted skirt, shorts or pants. I personally chose the classic black color under it – high waisted shorts and a balconette. So, don’t wait – find your vintage knitted tunic and go for it – style it in fashionway!

Basic and simple white

I often choose basic colors over prints – as simple as they are, they never get old – like for example this organic cotton Fendi dress.

In the summer days an outfit in white works perfectly during the day just as well as for the night. A white dress in your style is never a bad choice to put in your wardrobe. Besides – there are other advantages – as soon as your body is well tanned or sun-kissed it’s the perfect time to wear a white dress. So try to get some sun during this wonderful season and then go for light clothes. Also, buying classic pieces in basic colors is never wasted money and they are wearable for a long time, just like a classic bag or shoes.

In addition, as you can see, my shoes are also in a classic (I have them since two years) beige/brown palette – I think that colors which are close to the skin tones are also perfect for the summer.

Happy International Kissing Day

July the 6th is the International Kissing Day. In some countries it is custom for both men and women friends to kiss each other on the lips as a greeting, while in others an air kiss on each other’s cheek is a standard. In other places some people actually opt for 3 kisses as a form of a greeting.

Of course, the most passionate is the kiss between partners. So, however you kiss, enjoy it and make it with feeling! Happy international Kissing Day everyone!

In any case I have to say a few words about my outfit – inspired by the color of the kiss ?- a red transparent jacket, one of my favorite lace tops and black shorts, always combined with love, passion and in a fashionway.

Summer good vibes

My look today is very simple and casual because sometimes you don’t have much time to stay in front of the wardrobe and just want to take something quickly and go out. I think the combination of short jeans with a short top is always good – it’s a quick outfit but still looks like if you would have put effort on it.

I took a lace jacket in addition, because my skin is very sensitive to direct sunlight – it is ideal for the hot summer days as the holes let air through so one does not sweat underneath it.

I really like the combinations with a short top – it reminds me of the beach and a swimsuit. The jeans stay as my favorite at the moment – they are comfortable, with perfect length, the straight cut fits perfect to my body. But what I like most in them are the patches.

In Vienna at the moment the summer has kicked in with full power and I can finally wear my sandals and flip-flops, of course, in a fashionway.
