How do you wear your colored shoes?

No matter how many pairs of color we own, it’s the black ones that we most often reach for. Obviously, matching colored shoes to your look requires a bit more thought and effort than simply putting on some easy go-to shoe.

For my shoes today I chose one of the nowadays hot and trendy colors – orange. If your outfit has a color in it, you can match your shoes in any shade of that colour. Or you can use your shoes and bag, without having the same color in your outfit, just in order to put an accent on it.

Orange Shoes go best with: blue, white, earth tones, red, purple. In this case I matched them with a short olive green skirt that emphasises on the long legs. In addition a white shirt with orange flowers goes great in a fashion way.

A favourite hoodie look

There is no better companion in the spring/summer than the hoodie – trendy, comfortable and really cool. I tend to like the casual and simple but eye-catching things, so the hoody is just the thing for me. It also goes nearly with everything.

Although the quickest and simplest combination is with jeans and sneakers – here I chose a skirt which is also fashionable and comfortable. The best footwear that matches the outfit are my white Fila sneakers that are so trendy and I love them so much. Accessories are not to be forgotten – a Michael Kors backpack and the pink glasses which complement the roses on the hoodie, in a fashionway.

Inspired to give mint green a try!

You don’t really see the mint green color very often, especially when it comes to clothing, but it’s trendy right now and is a great choice if you want to add some variety to your daily outfits. Matching it with other colors could be risky but don’t be afraid to experiment. I really love mixing colors together and the mint green is a good base for many others – for instance lavender, pink, blue etc., but dark blue is my favourite. I match a mint top with dark blue trousers and finish that with a white bag and shoes.

I hope you like this outfit and would also become inspired to give mint green a try in your fashion way! You can definitely wear it anywhere, anytime, all summer long!

Floral feeling

Dresses that feature flowers and floral patterns are often our spring and summer staple. With this article, picking some floral patterns I want to show you how they bring out your confident femininity. Floral print dresses styled the right way and outerwear are easily worn and could make the look of gloom.

While a floral dress is great in theory, in fact it is often a challenge to pull off, so choosing the right floral patterns is important to fit your body and style.

Consider that larger flowers are more flattering to smaller body types – you should not go for oversized floral patterns if you have a shapely one because those may add a few kilos to your silhouette. If your body type is slim to average, try combining larger with smaller floral patterns.

Also, consider the background color of your floral dress – a bright background fits perfectly on a thinner body, while choosing a darker one will give you a more tailored and tapered look and the illusion of being slimmer.

At the end a floral concept must fit to your mood, style and complete your femininity, of course in a fashionway.

What makes me different makes me beautiful

I have many favourite quotes, but this one from Coco Chanel is in my top ten: „Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself“. That said, I have always believed that being yourself is priceless and it’s what makes you beautiful.

Of course we still have to follow all trends, news and the fashion in general in order to be up to date. But the fashion world is like an endless ocean we must learn to swim in, every season, year, month, week and day.

And what best to fit the winter season than the white, even when it blends into the snow around us. It goes even better with a pair of black boots and fluffy coat, to achieve the always trendy black and white combination. Though high heel boots are not typical for the real snowy winter I like them very much and they make me feel elegant in this outfit, because elegance is not only standing out, but being remembered.

So be you, be different, be yourself!
