Transparent dresses

The spring/summer season 2021 brought a lot of fashion trends but there is a very popular and eye catching one that is here for some time now – the transparent dresses. This is a relatively new trend, carefully crafted by stylists and designers and represented by many models.

This clothing made of luminous thin fabrics is perfect for the lovers of evening looks – elegant styles were developed for them, mostly floor-length. The dresses can be completely made of translucent fabric, with or without lining, with individual elements or inserts of the material. And this style is not only formal – transparent dresses are also nice for the everyday and can be successfully worn in hot weather or for a walk. It is such an outfit that I want to show you today – this MONKI light pink dress, matched with black Calzedonia underwear, Bershka strappy sandals and a small cute black H&M bag.

1st of July

First of July – new day, new month, new hope… Some may say July morning is special morning and first of July is a special day but for me when it’s summer every day is wonderful. My pictures today are taken at my home – it is so wonderful to wake up and enjoy the home and family, to feel the smell of the nature and jump in the pool. With my family we waited very long to have our own house, made everything with love and I love every place in it and I enjoy every moment staying at home.

Today I decided to show you a simple, comfy outfit in a batik style which I like very much – just a T-Shirt, shorts (which I found in Bershka), sneakers and a pink shopper bag. I made this outfit with three different sneakers as I was not sure which ones fitted the best – a pair of white Nike sneakers, pale pink Adidas and white simple ones. And because in the last days the weather in Vienna is a bit chilly again my oversized white jeans Zara shirt fits perfectly.

Birthday girl

Yesterday was my birthday and I would like to start by saying thank you to all my readers for your wonderful birthday wishes! I can’t even begin to tell you how much they mean to me! This is actually the third birthday we celebrate together and you’ve always been so incredibly sweet, kind and supportive! Thank you so much for making me so happy!

So I was taking the day for myself and my family. But I couldn’t help myself not to share this fun look that is one of my all time favorites. I picked up this lovely pale violet Zara slouchy jeans with a black Zara top and matched them with a pair of black strappy sandals, a Bershka belly bag and a fake leather Sisley jacket.

Hope you all are having a great week!

Rainbow bag

Pink, violet, baby blue, pale yellow – all my favorite colors for the summer in one bag. I am totally in love with this bag because it makes my look different and eye catching . The baby blue color goes well with my blue summer shoes and this Bershka holed cardigan. And because the pale/pastel yellow matches perfectly with the blue, I chose this sweet Bershka top. Neutral pale colors look nice when paired together with others like grey, white, black and baby blue. To make the outfit in a comfy summer look I grabbed a pair of balloon jeans.

So, choosing the accessories is a challenge, but if chosen well, they add great taste to your outfit. They are just like spice in a dish that starts out with the standard ingredients – they just try to bring the best out of it and give you the freedom to look good in every formal or casual occasion.

Mint green with black

We’ve seen many different green hues this spring/summer season, but there’s one different and unique green – the pastel mint green. Looking pastel and creamy, the mint green is definitely one of the most special one in the green palette.

While there is nothing new about pastels in spring, the mint green color during the spring 2021 runways felt fresh as ever. After several seasons filled with neon colors, the muted green was really a welcome sight. Mint, aquamarine, avocado, pistachio, moss or laurel – whichever name you choose, this fashion color are on trend this spring/summer.

To be honest, the mint green color is charming, looks comfortable and matches well with many different occasions. Here I have rounded up an outfit with it – the main color is black, with the green as secondary. A Zara oversized shacket jeans shirt, short black Calzedonia biker leggings with a black Zara top, Michael Kors shoes, an eye-catching glittering Bershka belly bag and black sunglasses.

Keep it casual with jogging pants

Due to the pandemic I hardly felt the switch from the winter to the spring, and especially in Vienna, the spring being so cold and short, we somehow skip it all-together and directly jump in the summer mood. That’s why, even though its May already, my wardrobe is still a mix of winter, spring and summer clothes.

Recently when in doubt what to put on, I tend to always choose jogging pants – mainly because it’s the easiest way to look good, feel comfortable and be on trend at the same time. And because I all into the sweet colors mood I have ones in mint, violet, and pink.

Today I matched my violet one from Pimkie with a white Bershka cropped top, one of my favorite Zara shirts that can be matched with almost everything, „I love you“ socks, multi cream Michael Kors Olympia trainers and a sweet white blue belt bag.

An easy way to look good wearing a long sleeves sweatshirt top and short Joggers

On those smooth days like Sundays you need just a casual look and don’t care mood. So, it might be safe to say joggers are my new favourite pants, not only long ones for the winter but also short ones for the summer. I’ve always been a denim girl, but recently joggers are winning me over. As soon as I laid eyes on these PULL&BEAR joggers and the sweatshirt top in a candy mint color, I knew I need them for this spring/summer season. I love the effortlessness and versatility this outfit has. Some joggers have a tendency to be more relaxed like for home, but these ones are more tight and that’s why they are just my style. (By the way the pants and sweatshirt carry the name „smooth(ie) days“).

I topped the whole outfit with a sweet Bershka bag also in a matching candy color, once more my favourite Alexander McQueen sneakers and a pair of white Nike socks, in a fashionway.

All-in-white

In the spring/summer season the all-white looks are always a good choice, no matter the occasion. The monochrome outfits work well for those of us who are not that fancy of colors. But not only for them – sometimes it’s ok to wear something different. The lighter tones work great in summer – the bright white feels airy and one does not need to worry what  to combine it with.

An all-in-white look works best when made out of various materials – they make the same tone have a very distinct appearance and their texture adds depth to the whole look.

In my look today I combine a long cotton Space shirt from Top Shop with an embroidered Zara white shirt and white skinny regular waist angle length H&M denim jeans. Matched together with cream-white Bershka summer shoes they create a great harmonic ensemble.

As you can see, we made the photo shooting of this outfit in Dubai – the fairy white combination in white works great for the conditions there and their somewhat stricter dress codes.

„Only do what your heart tells you“ – princess Diana

I believe that what we feel in our hearts appears in our eyes and the way we look. And as I feel that the spring adds new life and new beauty to all that is, I want to match the sweet blooming trees and flowers – white, pink, yellow, etc. So, I made a summer bouquet of intoxicating colors for my outfits and here is one of them – sweet pink tight fit pants with cut-outs and buckles from Bershka, a Zara white top and a Rinascimento jacket. I topped the outfit with my Michael Kors sunglasses and a small Kenzo bag, again with one of my favorite sneakers – Alexander McQueen.

Effortlessly cool with stretch skinny pants with trendy eye-catching side cutouts

With the coming of the spring/summer season I always feel like putting on something cool, light and eye-catching. So, I found one of my first hot pieces by Bershka – a pair of super chic soft, elastic and stretchy light beige pants with cutouts on the waistband. I matched them with a white Zara top and a short cream-white Just Cavalli jacket. My white Alexander McQueen sneakers with white Nike socks fitted great – they are so comfortable that I feel like I can walk a lot. The whole look I complemented with a cute transparent Alcott “Fashion victim” bag.
